2. PERMIT / LOCATES - Lake Country Deck Builders LLC will take care of all permits. We are a licensed contractor so we are familiar with all codes pertaining to decks. We also notify all necessary utilities for locates, before digging.
3. ORDER MATERIAL - We have found a great network of suppliers for all of products. Material lists are submitted and products are delivered to your property in a timely and professional manner.
4. BUILD - Our craftmanship is put to work. We also take care of all inspections needed throughout the building process.
